         Besides of Strategic Cooperation with PT. KAPUAS PRIMA COAL (KPC) for Concentrates offtake and Joint invest on lead-zinc smelter.

          We have formally signed a power of attorney with PT. BCMG TANI BERKAH, an Indonesian lead and zinc mining company, and has formally entered the board of directors of PT. BCMG, which will take over and be responsible for the operation and management of the mine in an all-round way. PT. BCMG Lead and Zinc Mine is located in western Jawa, Indonesia. At present, the proven reserves of lead and zinc are 200,000 metal tons and the prospective reserves are 500,000 metal tons. Among them, the average content of lead and zinc is 8%, gold is 0.5 -1 g/ton, silver is 30-50 g/ton, and other valuable metals.

          So far, Merlion is cooperating with PT. KPC and PT. BCMG, the only two Indonesian companies which have export licenses for lead and zinc minerals. At the same time, our joint venture with Indonesia is starting to build lead and zinc smelters in Indonesia...
